S & J Customs is committed to complete customer satisfaction with our parts and gunsmith package deals. We will replace any defective SJC part and correct any function or reliability issues to the very best of our ability. Naturally, this does not include routine or anticipated wear or any alterations made to the guns by others beyond routine maintenance. SJC fully warrants our labor and technique for slide and frame modifications, but can not warrant the successfully modified slides or frames. Though we do not anticipate any failure of gunsmith modified components, modified slides and frames could potentially fail especially when subjected to forces generated by loads such as major 9mm.

Complete Gun Packages

Complete guns are normally constructed from a customer-provided stock GLOCK which must be 3rd generation and in good condition.

S & J Customs then furnishes and installs the competition components, test fires and finishes the competition gun.

SJC Complete Gun Packages are assembled with high-performance, quality components which have been match-tested by SJC. SJC continually evaluates component technology and availability and from time to time may revise the manufacturers represented in any specific complete gun package. Currently, SJC uses components from: GLOCK, KKM & Lightning Strike as well as components manufactured specifically to SJC's design and specifications. The specific manufacturer's components used in each delivered package will be identified in the documentation provided with each gun.
